2. Using the website
You may use this website for lawful, personal and non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:
- Use the site in a way that breaks any applicable law
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers, or any connected systems
- Introduce malware or any technology that may harm the site or its users
- Reproduce, copy or resell any part of the site without our written consent
3. Donations
Donations made through this website are processed by our payment provider. By donating you confirm that the payment method belongs to you (or that you have explicit permission to use it).
Gift Aid:if you are a UK taxpayer and tick the Gift Aid box, we may claim 25p from HMRC for every £1 you donate, at no cost to you. You confirm that you have paid (or will pay) enough UK income or capital gains tax in the relevant year to cover the Gift Aid we will reclaim.
Refunds: donations are final, but if a donation was made in error please contact hello@tennisislife.co.uk within 14 days and we will assess the request in line with the Code of Fundraising Practice.
4. Equipment donations
Items donated to TennisIsLife become our property on receipt. We may distribute, repurpose or responsibly dispose of donated equipment as needed to fulfil our charitable purpose. Please ensure equipment is in safe, usable condition before donating.
5. Volunteering
Volunteer engagement is governed by separate volunteer agreements provided when you join a programme. Nothing on this website forms an offer or contract of employment.
6. Intellectual property
All content on this site — logos, text, imagery, graphics and code — is owned by, or licensed to, TennisIsLife and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may view and download content for personal, non-commercial use; any other use requires our prior written permission.
7. Disclaimers
We aim to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it on an “as is” basis. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. Information on the site is general and is not legal, tax, or financial advice.
8. Limitation of liability
